This guide is for
Anyone managing scheduling after setup and at least one successful manual publish are already in place.
What you'll see

Good to know
- Saving a schedule does not guarantee QuillDock will run immediately
- QuillDock still needs the site to be eligible for scheduling before any due work can run
- Config changes, restore, or failed scheduled runs can pause execution while keeping your saved schedule in place
What to do
- Open
Schedule. - Choose
DailyorWeekly. - Set the local time and timezone you want QuillDock to use.
- Save the schedule in enabled mode when the site is ready to automate.
- Save the schedule in paused mode when you want to keep the timing without running future jobs yet.
When to contact support
Contact support if the saved cadence or timezone does not persist, or if the page keeps showing an old saved schedule after you refresh and reopen the app.
