What this article helps with

Use this guide if you want to save a daily or weekly schedule, change the timezone or time, or keep the schedule saved while QuillDock stays paused.

This guide is for

Anyone managing scheduling after setup and at least one successful manual publish are already in place.

What you'll see

  • Schedule lets you choose cadence, local time, and timezone
  • QuillDock keeps the schedule you saved even when automation is paused or blocked
  • The page shows both the saved schedule and the current schedule status

Good to know

  • Saving a schedule does not guarantee QuillDock will run immediately
  • QuillDock still needs the site to be eligible for scheduling before any due work can run
  • Config changes, restore, or failed scheduled runs can pause execution while keeping your saved schedule in place

What to do

  1. Open Schedule.
  2. Choose Daily or Weekly.
  3. Set the local time and timezone you want QuillDock to use.
  4. Save the schedule in enabled mode when the site is ready to automate.
  5. Save the schedule in paused mode when you want to keep the timing without running future jobs yet.

When to contact support

Contact support if the saved cadence or timezone does not persist, or if the page keeps showing an old saved schedule after you refresh and reopen the app.
