Trust-first Wix CMS publishing

Make Wix CMS publishes feel controlled, not risky.

For agency owners and content operators who want Sheets and Airtable updates to feel visible before publish, and recoverable if something goes wrong later.

Manual-first safety

Start with a trusted manual publish. Then turn on scheduling once the workflow is proven.

Wix-first. One-way. One active source entity to one active target collection. Built for high-stakes structured content, not blind sync.

How safe publish works

QuillDock is not a blind sync. You connect one source entity, choose one target collection, review what will change, publish manually with an automatic pre-write backup, and inspect the result with a clear run record.

Product proof

Show the mechanism, not just the promise.

Each proof module stays grounded in the real QuillDock interface so the public site sells confidence through visible process, not invented gloss.

Preflight

Eliminate sync anxiety.

Trusted preflight compares your current source state against your current Wix CMS collection so you can review what will be created, updated, unchanged, or flagged for stale review before anything writes.

Protection

Publish with automatic backups

Every publish event is protected. QuillDock prepares a pre-write backup before the live write path, then keeps the restore route and run evidence visible if you ever need to recover later.

Backup-before-write and run detail stay attached to the publish flow.

Verification

Know exactly what happened next.

QuillDock keeps the operational workspace readable after publish, with snapshot posture, stale review cues, and integration state visible instead of buried behind a separate diagnostics product.

Launch boundary

Explicit about what QuillDock supports now.

The safest public promise is the truthful one. QuillDock says exactly where the launch surface ends, so operators can judge fit without guessing.

Supported at launch

  • Google Sheets and Airtable
  • One active source entity to one active Wix CMS collection
  • Existing target selection plus real collection bootstrap
  • Text, number, boolean, date/time, URL, single image, single file, and bounded single reference support
  • Trusted preflight and manual publish
  • Scheduling only after one successful manual publish on the current configuration
  • Truthful run detail, reviewed stale queue, automatic backups, and restore-aware recovery

Still deferred

  • Two-way sync
  • Custom transforms
  • Multi-collection orchestration
  • Multi-reference support
  • Referenced-item creation
  • Rich or block content
  • Media galleries or multi-asset writes
  • Broader connector expansion

Pricing

Plans differ by record cap, not by safety features.

All active plans use the same launch-supported publish surface. The only thing that changes is how many source rows or records fit inside the current cap.

Starter

$19 / month

500 records

Smaller structured collections that still need the full trust stack.

Default self-serve

Growth

$39 / month

2,000 records

The default self-serve plan, and the same capacity used during the 14-day trial.

Pro

$79 / month

5,000 records

For larger operational workloads that still fit the standard self-serve path.

Scale

$149 / month

10,000 records

Hidden/manual path for approved accounts that need higher volume without changing the workflow.

Trial posture: every eligible site starts with a 14-day trial at Growth capacity. Lower plans do not lose bootstrap, scheduling, restore, stale review, or connector access.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

These are the launch-honest questions buyers and operators ask once they understand the publish flow.

How accurate is the preflight check?+

Preflight is the trusted comparison step before publish. It shows what will be created, updated, unchanged, or flagged for stale review, and a no-change publish can complete without entering the write phase.

How do automatic backups work?+

QuillDock prepares a pre-write backup before publish or reviewed stale cleanup. It uses the Wix Backup API and works within Wix's live backup-history limits, which currently surface up to three available backups in restore history.

What happens if I need to recover?+

You can open Backups, choose an available backup for the current target, and restore from existing backup history. QuillDock does not offer a separate diff tool there; it focuses on a clear restore path.

Can I schedule publishes right away?+

No. Scheduling becomes available only after the first successful manual publish on the current configuration. If the source, target, or mapping changes, or if you restore a backup, schedule eligibility pauses until another successful manual publish happens.

Does QuillDock delete data during the main publish flow?+

No. The main publish flow is create and update only. Stale cleanup is a separate reviewed workflow that you trigger explicitly from the stale queue.

What is still out of scope at launch?+

QuillDock does not support two-way sync, custom transforms, multi-collection orchestration, multi-reference behavior, referenced-item creation, rich content, or media galleries at launch.
